Kings Football facilitates product shipping to European countries and other international destinations through partner carriers. All available products are shipped directly from our distributors overseas (United States, Sweden, and Asia).

We offer free shipping to several countries. Products are imported directly from our suppliers abroad (Sweden, United States, and Asia).

Delivery Time

After payment confirmation, we dispatch the purchase within 3-7 business days. The average delivery time is 5-10 business days after dispatch, with a maximum time frame of up to 17 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). A tracking code will be provided so you can monitor the delivery progress on the carrier’s website.

Attention: In some cases, the delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen delays, strikes, holiday breaks, high demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.

Orders made at the beginning of the year may experience increased shipping times due to formal holiday breaks. By purchasing on our site, you agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

Personalizations: Personalization with name or text is accepted up to 12 characters, which may be abbreviated or removed. Refund requests for this reason are not accepted.

Kings Football Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of all our products. We also offer a guarantee in cases of theft, defective, or damaged products.

Incorrect Address Registration

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the address is incorrect or the carrier cannot deliver the package, no refund or reshipping will be issued. If the order has not been dispatched yet, a €6 reshipping fee (or the local equivalent) will apply.

Exchanges and Returns

In which cases can I request an exchange or return?

• Damaged and/or defective products (in this case, we will send a replacement).
• Incorrect shipping or other issues proven by Kings Football.

Conditions and Alerts

• We do not accept exchanges for size errors. The size chart is available before purchase.
• No refunds will be processed while the order is in transit.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• The customer has up to 2 business days to request changes to the shipping address. Otherwise, the package will be shipped to the provided address. Kings Football is not responsible for address errors.
• The customer has up to 7 days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, provided the product is in its original condition with tags intact.
